• All meetings start at 7.00pm with presentations lasting a maximum of 2 hours. Doors will open at 6.45pm and attendees are encouraged to arrive by 6.50pm. ​

• A meeting takes place on a Thursday each month from September through to June. The September AGM is members only.

• Admission is ​£5.00 members  £6.00 non-members.  The AGM is free to members. 

​​

• Please allow a few minutes to sign our register and tender the entry fee.

​​

• To reduce multiple handling we ask that you present the correct admission fee. 

​​

• ​Free parking immediately outside the venue for up to 50 cars with overflow parking permitted in adjacent Morrisons Supermarket car park.

• ​​The 60-seat room is on level access and is just a few steps from the foyer where there are toilets and tea/coffee machine. Drinks are £1.
